Years ago a ham radio guy asked me (over the air!) whether I knew how to make gourmet microwave hot cereal. I often let it sit in the microwave for a few minutes after it stops, to set up. I let it boil and bubble for a bit in the microwave, which is when the cooking really occurs. I make it in the microwave, first heating the fresh cold water to boiling, then adding the cereal, stirring and returning it to the microwave to finish cooking. May be it's the size of wheat pieces.? Format flash drive windows 10. I will buy this brand from now on and recommend it for others!! The only thing I'm wondering is the '#2' in the name, I wonder how other numbers are different. The taste is wonderful! I cook it as a side in chicken broth with a little bit of butter or just in water for Tabouli salad. I was used to buying other brand of Bulgur Wheat, but when I tried this one, I'm impressed! The quality is great, it doesn't even need rinsing, when I do it, the water is clean anyway. Next add 3 cups of water and continue cooking. Heat a wide cooking vessel with tamarind juice and jaggery.
